These terms govern your use of brewcrestenterprise.com and any quote, order, or enquiry you submit to Brewcrest Enterprise, across our Safety & PPE, Construction Materials, and General Merchandise divisions. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Brewcrest Enterprise is a Ghana-owned and operated supply company, serving mining, construction, industrial, institutional, and government buyers across Ghana. Business registration with the Office of the Registrar of Companies, Ghana, is in progress.

2. Use of this website

You may browse this website and use it to make enquiries or request quotes for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries or orders
• Copy, reproduce, or republish the site's content for commercial purposes without our permission

3. Products and availability

We supply products across three divisions:

• Safety & PPE, currently live, covering certified personal protective equipment and workwear
• Construction Materials, in development
• General Merchandise, in development

Product listings, specifications, and imagery are provided as a general guide. We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent product, update specifications, or discontinue a product line without notice, and will inform you if this affects an order you have already placed.

4. Quotes, pricing, and orders

Prices and quotes provided through this website or by our sales team are estimates until confirmed in writing, and may vary based on quantity, delivery location, and current supplier costs. Bulk and tender pricing is available on request. An order is only confirmed once we have accepted it in writing, whether by email or a formal order confirmation.

5. Delivery

We deliver from our bases in Accra, Sunyani, and Bolgatanga, with routes into mining regions including Obuasi and Tarkwa, and more broadly across Ghana on request. Delivery timelines communicated to you are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, transport disruption, or events of force majeure.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed with you at the time of order, and may include upfront payment, part payment, or credit terms for approved institutional and government accounts. Late payment may affect future order processing.

7. Returns and product issues

If a delivered product is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match what was ordered, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. This does not affect any rights you have under Ghanaian consumer protection law.

8. Certifications and compliance

Where we state that products are sourced to CE, ANSI, ISO, or other standards, documentation is available on request. It remains the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a specific product meets the regulatory or site-specific requirements of their intended use.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, layout, and imagery, belongs to Brewcrest Enterprise or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Brewcrest Enterprise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from delays, substitutions, or issues with delivered products, beyond the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the website or placement of a new order after a change means you accept the updated terms.
